Faulty power supply damaging boards?

Received two LP Delta 3 units, attempted to power on using supplied and existing LP power supplies, but none worked. Even tried swapping power supplies between units without success. Managed to boot new units with a 12-volt adapter, but older LP won't power on with any existing power supplies. Concerned if a faulty power supply damaged the USB-C ports on all three boards. Seeking insights or similar experiences from the community. Appreciate any assistance.
