LattePanda Delta 3 network data logger

Hello everyone,

Please forgive me in advance as I am still geeking out on this Panda 3 and what all features it all has. 

Is there a way, for the Panda to do data logging off a network?

I have seen project and read articles where you can data log of a sensor.

I didn't know if I have to have a converter of some sort for the panda to translate back.

I am wanting to collect data from a building via network. 

The goal is to monitor a device controller to see what values I have for the devices that is connected to the controller and as well record data as needed. 

Any help and guidance would be really appreciated it :)
