No touch screen in Ubuntu

Hi All,

I'm just starting with the LattePanda and have a V1 with LattePanda 7" IPS Display and IPS Capacitive touch screen..

The touch screen works in Win10 but does not work in Ubuntu 22.04 (I need to use this version).

I found some posts on this forum that suggested changing the Lid closed option in the BIOS but this just scared the crap out of me when the board no longer appeared to boot after the bios change. Connecting an external screen via the HDMI allowed me to change the bios back to the small 7" IPS LattePanda screen with touch interface.

Any ideas how to get the touch screen going in Ubuntu?

Thanks,

Neil.
