More options than LattePanda v1?

I'm looking for an x86 single board computer with Windows 10 support and with Bluetooth built in for somewhere around $100 to $150.

I'd also need to be able to hook up a Bluetooth mouse and run a pretty EXE file I created using Python, nothing at all demanding in terms of graphics or anything like that, but it needs to output audio to a set of Bluetooth headphones.

It seems like the Up Board with a Bluetooth dongle would work for all of that, maybe? (I'm a beginner with SBCs, so I have no clue.)

Are there any other options I'm missing?

Or is all of this overkill for what I'm trying to do?
