Lattepanda Sigma

Im beginning work on my first cyberdeck and was planning on using the LattePanda Sigma. I am having an issue with determining how to power it. I do not know a whole lot about electronics. That being said I was planning on powering it using a bunch of 16850s, having it setup to autoboot one power is connected, and using a latching pushbutton. Can someone help me or point me in the right direction?
