Any tips for LattePanda Delta 3

Discovered mycroft earlier in the week and I've been trying to get it working in the few hours I have between work and sleep.

I looked around the forums and found nothing helpful there, so I thought I would look up a sub for it. Looked around there, ended up here. If anyone can give me any pointers on which OS to install for most compatibility and any other tips or experiences they can share, that would be much appreciated!

I do have an RPi4b 4gb model, but I'd rather not use it since it is already in use.

Background: I'm a noob, but I'm not unwilling to learn. Just have patience please. I've got more knowledge on hardware than anything, trying to learn more on the software and OS side of things as I go. I'm primarily a windows user, but over the last few months I've been forcing myself to use Linux (Raspbian, Ubuntu).
