LattePanda 3 Delta WiFi Module Stops Working

This is my second LattePanda 3 Delta to have the Wi-Fi module stop working after some time. I returned the first assuming it was a defective Wi-Fi module.  But now it is happening again, so I am thinking it is something else. I get errors code 10 or 43 when checking the status under the Device Manager. 

I have tried disabling/reenabling and reinstalling drivers. Nothing seems to work. Randomly the module will come back on after various restarts.

Any clues what is going on?

Anyone else having a similar issue?

Note I have the battery UPS attached.
