Latte Panda Delta 3 Quectel EMO5-E Modem Driver Issue

Latte Panda Delta 3 Modem driver issue.

I have an driver issue with an Latte Panda Delta 3, this after installing an LTE module aswell downloading and installing the recommended module manufacturers driver, the module is an Quectel EMO5 E which is recommended by Latte Panda, the issue is an error when trying to connect and utilise the Module i get the standard: "Windows couldn't automatically bind the IP protocol stack to the network adapter" error message. I have tried all the known fixes including flushing the DNS checking network adapters etc etc, but all to no avail,

Any help or suggestions would be welcome.
