UEFI: Built-in EFI Shell option not found in LattePanda 3 Delta BIOS

Hello, I'm trying to activate the auto-boot feature on my new LattePanda 3 Delta. 

I'm following the instructions to flash the BIOS. Unfortunately, I can't see the UEFI: Built-in EFI Shell option anywhere, just UEFI: SanDisk, Partition 1. 

I'm not sure where to go from here. Any help is  appreciated.
