Bluetooth keyboard and mouse with Ubuntu

I'm having difficulty using a Logitech M720 mouse and a Logitech MX Keys Mini keyboard with Ubuntu. I have a LattePanda Sigma computer with the WiFi card. There are two SSDs, one with Windows 11 and one with Ubuntu. I control Grub with a small numeric keypad.
With Windows 11, both devices work fine. I cannot get either working with Ubuntu. I'd prefer to use the GUI, but would be happy using a terminal window.
Both operating systems are up to date afaik. In the Ubuntu settings application, I don't see a bluetooth category in the navigation.
