Lattepanda poor service , Sent e-mail 2 days ago ,No any response , My 864s not turn on

Hi Techsupport Team

I am wrong flash bios auto power on

My board will be m3-8100Y kr300 but I flash wrong version to be 8210Y kr310A

Now my board have only blue and red solid cannot load bios and windows anymore.

I try to use CH341 flash bios with  Alpha-8100Y k300 defualt firmware but problem is not solved .

Please kindly advise.
