Network LAN card(intel I225-V) dosen't have the transmit/receive buffer tab in device manager

Hi,

I'm trying to change the receive/transmit buffer settings for the LAN card embedded on a LattePanda Sigma(which is IntelI225-V).

Usually, you can change the settings through the device manager or PowerShell.  However, when I looked into both, I don't see any tabs available for the receive/transmit buffer.

How can I tweak the receive/transmit buffer settings on a LattePanda Sigma board?

 *PS: I have tried reinstalling the intel I225-V driver but didn't work.
