LattePanda Sigma's LAN card(Intel I225-V) receive/transmit buffer option missing

Hello,

I'm trying to change the receive/transmit buffer values.

However, when I go to the device manager or PowerShell to change receive/transmit buffer the option is not available.

Is there a way to alter receive/transmit buffer values for LattePanda Sigma? I've tried reinstalling intel drivers but it didn't work.
