DFR1141 Full Eval Carrier - Enabling SATA ports after BIOS update doesn't work

BIOS updated and SATA1 and SATA2 were enabled on ID_SW.

Unable to get SATA ports to detect attached disks.

Both SSD and Magnetic disk tried. Magnetic disk does spin.
