About End-of-Manufacturing step of LattePanda Mu?

I would like to confirm whether the Latte Panda Mu goes through the End-of-Manufacturing step during shipment. Because if it does, it would mean that replacing the BIOS on the board with an open-source Bootloader would have certain issues.

and would be provide memory SPD value of 'K3KL3L30CM-BGCT' on LattePanda Mu?
