Sigma POST Flashes

I currently have a Latte Panda Sigma, DFR1080 that suddenly won't boot. 

At power up I see POST end with LED flashes x2 followed by x5. 

Question - What is the decoding of the 2-5 LED flash from POST?

The device previously functioned/booted fine from USB without issue.
No other bootable media works either (Win10 or LiveUSB with Ubuntu). 

It proceeds to the LattePanda boot screen, and then goes to a black screen with no interaction after displaying "Automatic Repair" beneath the Latte Panda Logo.
