Alpha Red led is flickering

I have this LattePanda Alpha 7Y30. I'll get straight to the point. I tried plugging it in, and it worked. I set a few things up and it suddenly powers off. Now, I can't turn it on. The red LED is flickering on and off, and the blue one flickers every once in a while. Could I possibly have some help with it? I was really looking forward to using it.

*Edit*; I think the problem is with the power supply cuz i tried plugging in a piece from a different computer into the usb port that has a LED in it, and it was flickering at the same time as the red one
