lattepanda 3 delta not booting; power light turns on then off and the sleep light is flashing.

I have a lattepanda 3 delta that was hooked up to some other parts, when ever power is put into the panda the red light pluses for several seconds then the blue light starts flashing ever so often, then the red light stops pulsing and turns off. Once that happens the panda gets really hot. There is no display output and both button have no effect. I am currently completing in an international robotics competition if anyone could help please do.
