Boot loop on 3 delta after enabling watchdog timer in BIOS

I was messing around and turned on the watchdog timer for what I thought was 32 seconds (hex 20) - thinking this was hardware-managed, and not an os-mediated feature.

At any rate, the system now will not complete booting - it never gets to video output, just starts up, blue light + blinking red, then just blue for a few seconds, then off and restart.

I've tried removing the rtc battery for 4 minutes. Bios seems to have been reset, as auto-power-on is now off, but the boot loop persists.(

Anything I can do?
