After connect usb 2.0 hard disk a usb port, LP recognize the hard only.

I bought LattePanda 2 Alpha 864s and I put in the external hard disk using usb 2.0 cable at the center usb port of lattepanda.

After that time, the usb port at the center recognize the hard disk only. Except the external hard disk, every usb cannotbe recognized. I attached the problem code photo below.

what is the problem? How can I fix it?
