Auto-boot is not working

I am using the LattePanda Alpha DFR0547 model and recently followed the instructions from the following YouTube video to enable auto-boot. However, after completing the steps, the device is no longer booting, and both the D13 LED and PWR LED are not lighting up at all.

I have already attempted to remove the RTC battery, but the issue persists. Could you please confirm if the method shown in the video is incorrect, or if this might be caused by another issue? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
