LP 3delta wifi is dead...What are my option with my M.2 b key?

I think I have a faulty wifi... Can I buy a wifi card and put it in the M.2 b key emplacement, My M,2 m key have already a ssd. What are my option to have a wifi connection again? I already reach Tech support and waiting the awnswer.
