Shutting down on power loss

Hello,

I have a LattePanda Delta 3. I'm wondering if anybody else has configured theirs to be able to shutdown gracefully if the power is cut off. I'm pretty awful at circuit design, but it seems like it should be relatively straightforward if you're using the 12v power input and the GPIO pins. Thanks!
