Issue with Uploading Code to LattePanda Delta 3

I’m unable to upload C/C++ code to my LattePanda Delta 3, as the process gets stuck in the "Uploading" phase. I’ve tried pressing the reset button during upload, changing the COM port, restarting the system, and uploading a simple Blink sketch, but all attempts failed. However, I can still communicate with the Arduino via Python using the PinPong library, suggesting a potential bug. Has anyone encountered this issue or have suggestions to resolve it? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
