USB Device is occasionally restarting on its own

Im using LattePanda V1 2Gb/32Gb and running on linux Debian x64. I connected USB (USB 2.0.) audio device to constantly collect noise, 24/7. Sometimes USB audio device is restarted on its own, like disconnected and connected back in 2 seconds. Restarts are even more often if i also connect 4G USB dongle (on USB 3.0). Sometimes i even need to unbind and bind again xhci_hcd usb controller that device is available again.

I guess it has something to do with USB power capabilities or similar. Is it possible to prioritize which device should not be restarted and which can be?

LattePanda is powered by “Gravity: IO Expansion Shield for LattePanda V1” with 12V, 2A, so power supply should be powerful enough.

What else can i check or do?
