Wifi stopped working Lattepanda V1

Hi guys

Ive been building a portable games console out of v1 4gb/64gb and everything was going fine for 2 days in a row, then mid copying a file from NAS it dropped the connection and it was it, get a code 10 in the driver, tried 2 other driver versions, cannot find any more of RTL8723BS drivers, I have 2016 2017 and 2018 drivers none of them work. Sometimes windows fails even to recognise the wifi adapter just says unidentified usb hub of some sorts. Anything you can recommend  ? 

Here is a pic of the build would be a shame to run something like that without wifi
