LattePanda Mu PCIe lanes configuration

Hello,
I'd like to make my own carrier board for my DIY NAS.
N100 has 9 PCIe 3.0 lanes to work with.
x2 for USB (keaboard, mouse, USB drives etc.)
x2 for 10G NIC
x4 for x2 M.2 to SATA 3.0 adapters with ASM1166 controllers.
X1 spare (?)

Does this configuration looks OK ? Is it possible to create this carrier with default BIOS ?
In KiCAD files x2 lanes are for USB 3.0, others for PCIe devices (PCIe x4 slot, M.2 slots).
So can i rewire x4 slot and two M.2 slots to one x2 slot and two M.2 slots x2 lanes each ?
