Hello, Im not sure this will help your installer errors but those device manager errors are probably related to the following things.
The PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller driver is IntelPMT.sys and is installed inside the Windows 11 OS that is preloaded on that harddrive. It either needs to be manually installed or just ignore it. It is not included in the drivers list. I needed to find it in the preloaded win 11 OS and copy the file over to manually install. I could not tell for sure, but it appears its a 3rd party driver. GitHub - intel/Intel-PMT
And did you run the thunderbolt software installer? Check online for an updated version maybe? The USB controller errors in device manager could be from the thunderbolt ports.
