Ⅰ. Warranty Policy
Warranty Terms
1) LattePanda warrants that each LattePanda product that you purchase is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
2) LattePanda will repair or replace any product found defective upon receipt, or which becomes defective within the standard warranty period, after the inspection by LattePanda After-sales department.
3) To comply with Microsoft's licensing regulations, LattePanda Warranty Policy does not cover software-related issues, including the loss of activation code during your operation. It’s highly recommended to backup your data and activation code.
Warranty Period
LattePanda will provide Maintenance services for customers after the inspection of LattePanda After-sales Department if there is any performance failure caused by product quality issues after 30 days from the receipt of the product. The warranty period of LattePanda boards and other parts is as follows:

Notes | Please submit the Warranty application within 15 calendar days if there are any appearance issues, such as stains, deformations, otherwise it will not be accepted. |
Tip: Please backup your personal data (including Windows activation code) in advance before sending to us for repair. Your personal data may be lost during maintenance. LattePanda shall not be liable for the damage or loss of your personal data during maintenance.
Warranty Disclaimer
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
1) Out of warranty;
2) Damage caused by failure to use or maintain the product as required by the Manual;
3) Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, soldering or other tampering by any person other than LattePanda personnel;
4) Damage caused by a non-authorized third-party service provider, third-party products, or any non-LattePanda branded parts and/or accessories for the Product;
5) Damage caused by exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures or other extreme environmental conditions;
6) Damage caused by force majeure (such as fire, flood, war, earthquake, snowstorm, etc.)
7) Other damages not caused by design, technology, manufacturing or quality problems of the product itself.
Ⅱ. Return Policy
1) Customers who purchases from DFRobot can enjoy return and exchange service within 30 days from the receipt of the product.
2) Please provide the valid purchase certificate when returning the goods, and ensure that the returned goods keep the original quality and function, intact appearance, and the complete trademarks. If there are any gifts, please return them together. In case of man-made damage, missing original packing and spare parts, no refund or replacement shall be made.
3) If return reason is not related to product quality problem, all of the return fee (such as shipping cost, import tax in Shanghai, handling fee etc.) should be paid by your party.
Tips:
▲ Only items that have been purchased directly from DFRobot, can be returned to DFRobot. LattePanda products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective return policy.
▲ For distributors, return policy refers to the distribution contacts concluded between DFRobot and the distributor.
