LattePanda Warranty & Return Policy

Ⅰ. Warranty Policy        
 

Warranty Terms         

  • LattePanda warrants that each LattePanda product you purchase is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
  • If a product is found to be defective upon receipt or becomes defective within the standard warranty period, LattePanda will, upon inspection by the After-sales Department, repair or replace the product accordingly.
  • In accordance with Microsoft's licensing regulations, the LattePanda Warranty Policy does not cover software-related issues, including loss of activation codes resulting from user operation. It is highly recommended that users back up all personal data and activation codes.

 

Warranty Period        

LattePanda provides maintenance services for products that exhibit performance failures due to quality issues, subject to inspection by the After-sales Department. Warranty coverage for LattePanda boards and accessories is as follows:

  • Warranty claims for appearance issues (e.g., stains, deformations) must be submitted within 15 calendar days of receipt; otherwise, they will not be accepted.
  • Before sending your device for repair, please back up all personal data, including the Windows activation code. LattePanda is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal data during maintenance.


Warranty Disclaimer        

The warranty does not cover the following situations:

  • Products outside the warranty period;
  • Damage resulting from failure to use or maintain the product in accordance with the user manual;
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, soldering, or tampering by any party other than LattePanda personnel;
  • Damage caused by non-authorized third-party services, third-party products, or non-LattePanda branded parts and/or accessories;
  • Damage due to exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, or other extreme environmental conditions;
  • Damage caused by force majeure events such as fire, flood, war, earthquake, snowstorm, etc.;

Any damage not attributable to defects in design, technology, manufacturing, or quality of the product. 

 

Ⅱ. Return Policy              

  • Customers who purchase directly from DFRobot may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided for all returns. The returned product must be in its original condition with full functionality, intact appearance, all trademarks present, and original packaging and accessories included. Any gifts received must also be returned. Returns will be refused in cases of human-induced damage, missing original packaging, or missing parts.
  • If the return is not due to a product quality issue, all associated costs (including shipping, import taxes, handling fees, etc.) shall be borne by the customer.
           
    Tips:         
    ▲ Only products purchased directly from DFRobot are eligible for return to DFRobot. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with the respective retailer’s return policy.
    ▲ For distributors, return policies are governed by the distribution agreement between DFRobot and the distributor.
