GPIO Cable

Is there a source for a cable specific to the Sigma GPIO pins? I could use some breakaway header pins and a 40 pin RPi cobbler. Is there a better solution? Also, my Sigma included five threaded standoffs. Do the serve any particular purpose? Thanks!
