    We got reply from shipping company that there were some problems during customs clearance. They are now checking with customs and will give us updates. We will keep you updated if we get any reply. Thank you for patience.

    Not having heard anything in response to my inquiry on 3 December , I have just sent the following to dfrobot:

    Sirs,

    Since the shipping company seems to have lost (or perhaps someone stole) my
    shipment, I am kindly requesting that you ship a replacement unit, and you can
    deal with the shipping company for the loss. I should have received the
    LattePanda Alpha 864 (Win10 Pro activated) nearly a month ago but have not.

  • You Reply: Although it "cleared customs" on 4 November, I have been told that there was an issue with customs (according to the shipping co.) and DFRobot Support now is waiting for followup information.
