Good news I was able to resolve the error by reflashing the bios, reinstalling windows, allowing it to "prepare the system", reboot a few times and then take me through the Win10 startup process.

Bad news...although bluetooth and wifi are working properly in device manager, I can not connect to a network or pair to a device. The driver versions are current but given the issues so far, I'll assume I need to reinstall them.

  • You Reply: Making progress. Just reflashed the bios. I now have access to recovery mode. Reinstalling Win10...more to follow
  • You Reply: It won't go to rescue mode. I get the panda logo and then the 0xc000000f error screen.

Is there a way to validate or test the hardware in the EFI Shell?
  • You Reply: Thank you for the suggestion, but unfortunately nothing in the article helped. I'm never given the option to actually launch a repair or get to a dos command prompt to perform a chkdsk, because windows never loads.
I've never been able to get to the configuration workflow for Win10.

I am able to go into the firmware/bios configuration utility. From there I can force a boot to recovery, boot manager, or partition 1, but unfortunately recovery and partition 1 lead to the error page, and boot manager takes me to the 'just a moment' screen. I can however get to the EFI Shell, but I haven't found any helpful commands.

    I'm stuck in a loop. Attachments Utility.png Utility.png (221.09 KiB) Viewed 9982 times
