You Reply: no.... so that answers my question

Where do I find the image for the recovery stick? -
You Reply: @lattepanda If bios is corrupted, should I still be able to reflash it? My LP was fine untill I flashed the "Auto Power On Bios" at which point I lost at least, video output. Red light is on but no video... Teamviewer was installed and set to always on but I don't see it online and cannot connect so I'm assuming it isn't booting either. Please make a reply at your earliest convenience.

You Reply: That is what done it.......

You Reply: Does anyone have any advice on this? Not liking the new brick I have...

You Reply: This just happened to mine after booting the flash drive that updates the bios to on after power loss...
I'm devastated....
If the bios is corrupted, is there a tutorial that can be posted how to manually write the new bios to the board over FTDI or using another arduino? Is there another way to program the bios?

lattepanda wrote:Hi bro,
I am sorry for the late reply. What’s going on now?
We think there may be some problem in compatibility of USB driver at UWP.
We are trying to solve this problem. But before this, you can try to use Johnny-Five, which only costs you a little time.
http://johnny-five.io
@lattepanda please make this a priority. Node.js and johnny-five does not allow easy connection to windows forms, thus it's not much different from coding via the arduino ide... We need to be able to interface the arduino with windows forms! I would assume this is what a lot of people here purchased the device for! There isn't much any other reason to have a built in arduino! This should have been tested in the design phase of your project... I am unsure why the Leonardo was selected in the first place as it is now retired according to arduino.cc website....
I have johnny-five set up and working... Can someone explain how to interface it with windows forms? according to documentation it's not easy and would be cumbersome to implement -
You Reply: I have successfully run the blink app using remote arduino.
Just NOT with the builtin Leonardo.
I plugged a arduino uno into the usb port, chaged the VID and PID, ran it and it works perfectly.
Can someone from the LP team explain how to get the builtin Leonardo to work? It seems pretty foolproof using any external arduino...

You Reply: I can't get it to work either...
I am new to visual studio but I've managed to complete the setup and run the blink app in VS once it runs, I get one blink on the LP not the pin 13 led but one blue led off to the side as if it tried to upload the program but stopped... I get no errors or warnings in VS...

You Reply: Well..... that may be the trouble! That is more than likely the one I have

You Reply: I am using a 7 Port Powered USB 3.0 Hub. Brand is "Pluggable" I bought it on Amazon. I have the LP plugged into this along with mouse. I have the LP plugged into a PLX devices usb power meter I backed on kickstarter. It reades voltage amperage and wattage of the LP. The LP is drawing anywhere from 0.5A to 1.6A ant any given time with a stable voltage of 5.07V. I have tried several micro usb cables with same effect. The LP has been running all night and this morning is still running fine. But network is coming and going constantly every 30 seconds or so... display works fine on my 24" ASUS LCD at 1080p... but if I hook it up to my tv, samsung 54" the LP keeps rebooting. It also does the same on my 32" Insignia TV....
