first plug in mouse and keyboard before startup
format a usb flash drive at least 8 gb to exfat and put the image_x64.rar file on it and plug it in to usb 3.0 port
Start up the LP
get to bios menu by holding delete during the startup
I adjusted the clock and then restored all settings to default you can pan through tabs with arrow keys on keyboard
click save and reset
the computer will boot up in a recovery mode
click on troubleshoot
then click on Reset this PC
follow the prompts it should take about an hour to an hour and a half it appears to delete the old copy and re install windows!!!

You Reply: I tried to follow the instructions. One problem though is the x64 version is a 6gb+ file and FAT32 only supports files up to 4gb. I tried formatting the drive to exfat instead. When i plug in drive it starts up displays latte panda logo then jumps right into the "Just a moment" screen. Does not appear to be downloading the new windows OS.
