Some assistance please! So I received my unit, and it stayed in the infamous "Please wait a moment" screen, so i followed steps to reinstall Windows. It all worked and now I have a usable installation of Windows.

The issue now is that it only seems to boot into the "Administrator" account, its this correct behaviour? I cannot make other user accounts or log in using my Microsoft account.

Any help would be appreciated, otherwise nice piece of kit.
I had this Administrator account before, but this was after reimaging Windows. There was a window upon log in that let you reboot the LP again, and this time got you to the right area where you create your own User Account. Maybe you can try to do a reset PC or reimage it again? Hope it helps.

You Reply: V_Soul, see if you can do what I did.
    1. Extract the BIOS files (from GitHub site) to a separate USB stick. Insert this U-stick and reboot.
    2. Reflash BIOS (this should automatically load after you restart PC with this U-stick inserted).
    3. After reflash is done, take off U-stick.
    4. Extract the files within image.rar in another USB stick (formatted FAT32 and renamed WINPE).
    5. Insert your WINPE U-stick and reimage Win10 (this should automatically load as well). Take off U-stick before rebooting again.
    6. You may have to restart LP again twice after Win10 set up.

    Hope this helps.

P.S. If you still have trouble and want to trash your LP, feel free to send it over to me, hehehe.

I actually placed my antenna inside my acrylic case so I don't lose the antenna or accidentally detach it.

Try reflashing the BIOS again, and reimage WIN10 again. The person from the other forum post had to reimage WIN10 twice to make it work. Good luck!

Interesting and glad you solved it.

I'm having the exact same problem. First I had the "Just a moment..." and after some fiddling I got the x64-image to load from a USB-drive and start a Reset of the PC, but it failed around 30% just as yours. After that I can't get into the Recovery Mode again.

So reflashing the BIOS was the solution to your problem?
I will try a reflash tonight and see if that can get me into the Recovery Mode again, hopefully.

Did you repair the image with DISM aswell?

    Found the Default BIOS at:
    https://github.com/LattePandaTeam/Latte ... ult%20Bios

And instructions to reflash the BIOS:
    https://github.com/LattePandaTeam/Latte ... aster/Bios
Here are the steps I did:

    1. I downloaded the Default BIOS from the Github site. Extracted the files to a USB drive.
    2. I downloaded the WIN10 files (image_64x.rar) from LP site. Extracted the files to another USB drive.
    3. I hooked up the BIOS USB drive to the LP and turned on the LP. This automatically flashed the BIOS. Unhooked the USB drive from LP.
    4. Hooked up the WIN10 files and reset the LP.
    5. Wait a while and the WIN10 files automatically loading. After all is done, it will prompt you to type "Exit" or reset the LP. Make sure to unhook the USB drive before resetting.
    6. WIN10 will boot up as Administrator, and it will ask you if you to restart again and the expected first-time set up for WIN10 will work. DONE!

I will post a video later of my version of Unboxing and making it work.

Thanks, but this wasn't the problem I was having, though I found someone similar in this forum that had the same problem, so I will try his fix method. Fingers crossed!!

Can you please tell me how you reflashed the bios? I got the same errors you have. Maybe the reflashing bios will help me but I don't know how... thanks!

Edit: Nevermind. I found the BIOS files in LP Github site. Thanks! I'll start working on this and hope it works!
