  • You Reply: No error code. The LP just didn't boot.

I plug the power cord on one morning. Blue light came up, red light too. Blue light stop, the red light didn't. The LP didn't boot. Nothing. Since this time I can't do nothing and the red light never fade away.

I recover everything the first time because the LP was slow. REALLY slow. I mean I had to wait something like 30 ou 40 seconds when I "right clic" on the desktop. The windows start button wasn't working. And it was a pain in the ass to put everything in french and do all the windows update because everything was incredibly slow.

I send you back the board ASAP. But I don't think I still have the box original box.
  • You Reply: Come on !!!

4 days since I created this topic (and One week since a I post on my previous topic without any answer from you) and not a single post to help me ??? Are you kidding ??

The LP I bought you NEVER worked correctly ! Never ! And I didn't try to make complex thing, just run it like a simple computer for basic office work !

I hope you will help me or I will ask for a complete refund of this useless brick.
  • You Reply: Hey ! After 3 months and no time to solve my problem, I finally manage to do it !

I reinstall everything 2 or 3 time and it finally works quite correctly ... for a few days. I didn't manage to boot the board this morning. Stuck on nothing ! The board didn't boot at all. Even worse, when I hold the power button or the rest button, the LED is still on (Red color) and didn't shut down.

    What can I do ?

It's really annoying when you know I buy this for some general office PC work and that I can't use it properly after all this time.

PS : I'm still waiting for the shipping refund.
  • You Reply: Hi,

No, I don't use any cooling solution on a board system. I will try to change the BIOS setting.

The problem aren't the windows update. I thought it was, but even now that everything is up to date, the board is still slow.

If you have a tuto to re-image the system, I can do it.
  • You Reply: Hi,

I just test my board and it's so ... sloooooooooooowwwwwwwwww, really really really slooooooowwwwww.

I didn't even try to install something on it because even to open the settings it's slow and I have to wait something like 20 seconds befor it appears !

Even the start menu icon doesn't work ! I can't right clic on it !

So, what I am gonna do with this ?

PS : please, contact me for the refund of the last shipping. Thanks.
  • You Reply: Hi, sorry for the delay !

Holidays, house moving and a new internet provider ... difficult to pick up and test the new board. But I finnally manage to do it !

So everything works ... Not correctly but it works.

The board can be power on and off correctly, however, the board is ... sloooooooooooowwwwwwwwww, really really really slooooooowwwwww.

And the windows 10 start menu/icon and task bar ... don't work.

So I will try to update and correct this.

If you have a solution, I will be glad to hear it.

PS : Can you contact me by e-mail for the refund for the shipping cost of the board ?
  • You Reply: Euh ..... ??

If I looked at the shipping number (that I gave you) of the lattepanda board that I sent you back because it's dead, you've got it since the 25th of june. We are the 11th of july.

    What's going on ?
  • You Reply: I shipped it back the 20Th of june trough the french post. It arrived the 25th of june at your office.
  • You Reply: Ok ..... So I justed checked at the post office ... it's 25€ to send you back the broken lattepanda an with basing shipping ! So the refund of 12$ (10€) is cleary under estimated !
  • You Reply: Ok .... So you manage to sent me an e-mail, but even when I try to reply, I can't. The delivery failed !

    It's a little bit annoying.
  • You Reply: Well, well, well ......

First, the e-mail adress techsupport@lattepanda.com wasn't working. 1 day later it was so I succed to finally sent you an e-mail. No answer since this day ... the 8th june .... seems that I take the sentence "We will never miss your email this time ,we promise." in your previous post a little bit to seriously.
  • You Reply: Ok ..... So I tried to sent you an e-mail to techsupport@lattepanda.com but I can't. There is a problem with this e-mail adress .....
  • You Reply: The first PSU is a 5V-3000mA charger. I pay attention to this when I buy it. The second one .. I don't know. It's the charger caming with my Kobo, I think it's a 2A.

However, I sent a message to the lattepanda team trough kickstarter.
  • You Reply: I can't try another USB cable because my PSU is an "all in one". But I try with a charger for smartphone or Kindle an nothing works.
  • You Reply: The monitor is a desktop one, with is own power supply, not like the 7" display. And even without it plug in, I don't have any red light.

    Plug the PSU
Blue light is on (not flashing !) for 3 ou 5 seconds
    Blue light stop
Nothing more, even if I clic 6273737 time on power button or hold it for days.
