Solution, find a linux distro that has both uefi 32bit and uefi 64bit.
    That's a point!! Thanks.
    I've found correct Debian distro:
    http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/8.5 ... etinst.iso
It contains all nessesary files to boot from eufi 32bit.
I had only copy files from iso image to early prepared boot pendrive with Lubuntu:
    http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/lubuntu/daily ... p-i386.iso
Directory /boot/grub and files from /efi/boot/

I've installed Lubuntu on other pendrive after boot and than successfully install Lubuntu to target pendrive.

Caution: 2GB/32GB board have some other issues with booting:
    - booting is always from windows boot manager, efi cannot save settings properly, boot order is always the same after reset.
    - with old kernel, before 4.5 there is no audio
Above method doesn't work with SystemRescueCD, maybe there are needed other tests and trials.
