Yep! It's build on transformer concept.
My waiter robot is a boy, it can speak to responding with customer as "Say Hi" or "Enjoy your meal".
I use VB.net for user interface and control the movement by Arduino.
I put something like mapping in setting mode to count the table number which it can count by stop point with line tracking.
The tray can hold more than 5 kg. with steel frame.
On testing and using, the soup is not spread out. it's OK

Now, it just used on my restaurant which just open for 2 weeks ago.

I try to change another cable but it can't boot with blue LED only and without red LED and nothing is responsible to screen,

I'm located in Chiang Mai (Northern of Thailand). I went to bought at Gravitechthai in Bangkok where far from here about 700 km.

Gravitechthai told me that only 7 days warranty But I had something to do before I came back to Chiang Mai and longer than 7 days. When I boot the LattePanda several times I found this issue, I call to Gravitechthai but had not responsible to claim me.

How can I follow up this issue?

I have only 2 units of power supply. one is regulator step down from 12V DC to 5V DC 3A and another one is Samsung mobile charger from AC 220V to 5V 2.1A.

I have a quickly project to learning and build up, I'm just try it only several times.

I found the sticker on the box from DFROBOT, how can I do to check warranty or help me?

Please support for this situation.
