I can also just raise a request to get it replace, but if a proper guide can solve it, so I can use the build in Leonardo /Arduino which was the reason for me to get the modules. -

You Reply: I can boot my LattePanda Alpha with the new image, but it does NOT solve the problem with the Arduino port, so Im still not abel to use arduino on the board.

You Reply: I have been told that we can expect to get an updated bios around end of marts.
-
You Reply: You have 3 different start stop ranges you select in bios
-
You Reply: What if Windows 10 does not find the on-board Arduino Leonardo USB port?
-
You Reply: You can control when the fan starts running in BIOS, lowest is 50C, but that migth do it for you.

You Reply: @LattePanda Team,
when can we expect you to provide a solution to this ? e.a updated BIOS including a guide on how to upgrade the board ?
without this function (and the Arduino issue) a lot of solutions is a NO GO for your board
Thx in advance for your support

You Reply: @LattePanda Team,
When can we expect that you have solved this issue ?
If we are not able to use the build-in Arduino after installing Linux and/or Windows 10 pro, then why have you added that hardware ?
Thx in advance for your support.

Same here! The "image" linked in the documentation does not work.
Would you mind to post the broken link here directly? I will drive to fix! Thanks
The link works, but it links to a dropbox folder to an incomplete Windows 10 image. When I put that on a USB drive and boot from it, it starts the installation and then says it can't find the installation media or something along those lines. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but at the very least, the instructions are incomplete.

@LattePanda Team,
when can we expect that you can provide a working image or at least provide ALL drivers and a guide how to install them in both Windows 10 and Linux ?
Thx in advance for your support. -

You Reply: Still waiting for my own case, but an other user said there was markings inside the case where the antenna should be placed.
-
You Reply: Yes, you can switch the power on/off - have done it many times in order to make it work, but no change. The bios option can turn the Arduino on or off.
-
You Reply: After instaling Windows 10 pro and nothing else, just Windows update, Windows can not see the Leonardo com port, when I reset the Arduino it try to find drivers but it can not. There is not change at all after installing arduino ide and all the usb drivers, so still waiting for you to provide drivers.
