- You Reply: Well I have tested the power supply shipped with the Latte Panda and it lists 0 volts so its dead so yes weak but more like just dead. I bought it with the power supply so I wouldn't have to buy yet another power supply the one purchased should do fine or that was the intent on buying it, not to go out and buy yet another. Then there's another thread somewhere where a person is stating the USB-C connector is not well connected properly so even with a working power supply it does not start the thing up.
Yes I have contacted tech support and got an initial reply but after repeated inquiries the email went dead. Looks like this company is going dead or down the tubes, yet my Latte Panda sits on the desk with no power, looks cool but not one electron has traversed any of the circuits.
RIP Latte Panda. - You Reply: Also tested the power supply on a cell phone and a mac laptop with usb-c power and neither detect power so the usb-c power supply is also dead.
- You Reply: So tested with an Apple power supply and the LattePanda has no response, its dead or the USB-C power plug is defective and does not power up the unit. How do I proceed with an RMA.
