Thanks, now I also bought a more powerful power supply (should be enough to even power a notebook) and it did not power off in the last seven days.
Now I replaced my pi with the latte panda and hope it runs stable.
But it is a shame that the power supply cannot even power a headless linux server. There is not even mouse or keyboard attached. Just ethernet.
I would not mind if the latte panda was cheaper.... but for that price....

I also did not find an option in the BIOS.
Why does it shutdown? I installed Ubuntu server. Under no way it should shutdown.
