Just by way of update I did find this last night: [SOLVED] - Broadcom 802.11abgn Wireless SDIO Adapter - Error Code 10 which recommended installing version 5.93.103.27 which worked for windows build 1809.  Unfortunately I already have this version installed:

I did find an updated version on: https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=vid_02d0%26pid_4324, specifically, version Broadcom - Net - 10/25/2017 12:00:00 AM - 5.93.103.29 but every time I go to try and update the driver I get:
