Hi , After one month and thorought tests, no progress , i think the entire thunderbolt line is not powered . For example when i plug a power adapter and not the other dc adapter the latte doesnt power up and the documentation says it should . i 've bought a power tester for usb-c and thunderbolt ports , it work correctly on my dell thunderbolt port , not on the latte sigma.

I've reinstalled the original lattepanda windows 11 image .

i've tried a sabrent thunderbolt network adapter and a thunderbolt hub , both are workking on my other computer .

There's no visible hardware damage , every other ports are working (usb , sata , gpio hdmi and networks)
