First link has the color code. Use color to match if it's on x86 side or Arduino side.
Only "dotted blue" block belongs to Arduino.

I think the answer is YES. You can wire any Arduino digitial Pin to LP power pin, and upload an Arduino sketch to the Arduino leonardo.
How do you link sigma with the rig? M.2?
