You Reply: OK! I fixed this by using a CH341A eprom burner to reload the bios.

You Reply: I went through the same frustration. It is easily fixed. I suspect that you used Windows copy to create your install USB image. If so, that is sadly incorrect. You must unzip the files directly to the USB device. I say files since they are all stored under a directory entry in the provided image. You will need to open this directory in your zip extract tool and then copy all of the individual files to be unzipped to the USB device.
Then I suggest that you plug in the device and then open the Bios screen. Go to the boot section and move your USB device to option 1. Save the change and then reboot. You should see the complete windows re-install.
