Well, I got it resolved.

The package must have crashed the first time but thankfully the actually drivers were in "C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\{Crazy long string, mine started with 75 but your folder may vary }\Installer.exe (Start PowerShell "Run as Admin")

After it rebooted it detected my monitor correctly.
